I have used them for years. 20 plus years to be exact. Always heard things but always stayed loyal n true. Now i called for a estimate of 60 feet chain link and was told Nick was not in. Only have one person at counter. He will call you. Waited about 3 days. Called again was told the exact same thing. Now we have had lots of rain so I know there not busy.. now today I called and asked if Nick was there explained that I was not called back at all n made multiple attempts. She proceeded to tell me SHE IS THE OWNER and states that there’s nothing she can do about that. N I ask her well is there anyone that can assist me I know what I need. N she... N she replies with in the owner several more times.. n has the audacity to ask me what she can do to help me. I said get someone on the phone that can help me with an estimate or a time when you can come out??? N she blows up cussing at me hangs up the phone and while hanging up tells me to take my business elsewhere.. we’ll that’s fine.. all the reviews are most the same. They do not fallow through with nothing. U have to babysit then to get job done n make sure they show up when they say they are n complete the job they say there gonna complete. But with in 3 minutes of hanging up the phone I get a call back from her husband… wow.. so they can’t call back for work but they call back for captain save a wife. Was threatened n I hung up.. what a way to loose business. Don’t use them..
