Do not use this company for your repairs. I was told i would be charged 60 dollar for the visit to see my Appliance but that 60 dollar would go towards the repair. The technician came only turn on my appliance didn’t open it or wrote down the brand or model for the part replacement. After 2 weeks that they say that ordered the part , they told me they haven’t find it. To look for someone else to repair it. After i already pay for the technician visit. So they expect me to pay another technician from another business just to come and tell me what is wrong with my appliance after they already charged me for that? Is sound to me like scammers. S... Bought a lg fridge in March. Not even 4 months into this fridge no good first month ice maker stop working and now it's leaking water from underneath. Called many times spoke with owner keeps giving me the runaround. Now my 90 day warranty is over. Had to find a repair man to come look at the fridge he said they sold me a bad repaired fridge. Shame on them for selling a damaged fridge.

After going to Sammy’s on Union Ave and being told one price on the phone and another in person I decided to bring my wallet here!!!! Originally needed a front load washer but due to Lily excellent customer service, I purchased a complete set!!!! Thank you Lily and I will be back to upgrade my refrigerator to the smart one you have. 😉

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Toribio Appliances. I purchased a set of used washer and dryer from them, and it has been a nightmare ever since. They have replaced the equipment three times and sent technicians multiple times, but the appliances continue to fail. The washing machine they replaced just a week ago is already leaking water. To make matters worse, the owner is now refusing to give me my money back and is not returning my calls. I never write a review but this place had very poor service and communication. I called them for a repair on the fridge. They fixed the fridge but then the ice maker stopped working after their service. The technician came out again, didn’t do anything to the freezer and still charged a service fee for no service that was provided. Instead said to call back in 24 hours. I called back a few days later and they took a message and stated would have the technician come out. A week went by and never received a call.
