We had a good experience with Top Level fence due to the efforts, courtesy and professionalism of Malachi. There were some issues with the initial installers and Malachi took charge and made it right. The final product was a beautiful fence that met our expectations for the price we negotiated. I would work with Malachi again on any fence project. I wish all contractors had his talent for customer service. Thanks Malachi! Steve

I scheduled an in-person appointment for a fencing estimate because I have nearly 400 sq ft of fencing, and I wanted an accurate quote—not something based on “satellite” images that might change later. When I booked, the receptionist asked if I’d be open to a phone quote, and I specifically said no for that reason. The technician never called or texted to let me know he wasn’t coming. After waiting, I finally reached out around 11:30 AM to see if he was still on the way. He told me he would just send a quote based on satellite images, which is exactly what I asked to avoid. On top of that, I never even received the quote he said he would se... The entire process was handled professionally with all questions handled quickly. We are pleased with the fence.
We had a 6 foot cedar fence with a top flat rail installed in our back yard. The 2 man crew was well trained and did an exceptional job. They also stained it. Upon completion they cleaned up and straightened up very nicely. I highly recommend Top Rail fencing. I’ve used them twice now.
