Had a fantastic experience yesterday with Top Appliance repair. My GE wall oven microwave stopped working last week and I initially requested another appliance repair company to check it out. They came out and did no diagnostics to speak of but assured me that the repair would cost me oodles. Decided to try Top Appliance instead. Serhii came out on time and within 5 minutes figured out the problem was with the breaker box. He made measurements and made some adjustments and got everything back on line in minutes. He was logical, professional and honest. Top Appliance Repair is now my "go to" company for future appliance problems.

My 9 year old GE Profile fridge stopped cooling while the freezer still worked. I called Top Appliance Repair at 8 am on a Friday and they had tech Nikita out by 11 am that day. Nikita arrived 10 minutes ahead of the 11-1 window. He diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts, and returned on the scheduled day just ahead of the 11-1 repair window. Nikita replaced the part and performed fridge maintenance. I am happy the problem was repaired in a timely manner and at an affordable price.
