Tony did great work! He was very thorough and found the actual problem. It was an easy fix for him. I really appreciate the time he spent to find the fix the problem. He was able to come same day and fixed my washer in under two hours.
Communication and pricing were excellent! Tony showed up when he said he would, he texted to say he would be there in 15 minutes and he was, and then he only charged the service fee for a sock that was stuck in the dryer fan. Plus, he’s a really nice guy. I will definitely call Tony again for our appliance fix needs!
I called Tony because I have a trip coming up and didn't want to leave without my Whirlpool dryer working. He said he would come by after finishing a few other jobs, which I really appreciate. The service call was $99 and is applied toward the repair if you move forward, which I think is very fair.He ordered the part, and I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived before I left for my trip. Tony is professional, honest, and has fair prices. He'll even let you know if it's better to repair or replace your appliance. Highly recommend!
