I had a wonderful experience purchasing a gift for my sister’s 40th birthday at Toll’s Jewelers! Leslie and his wife were so kind and helpful. They have so many gorgeous pieces available. They also beautifully engraved the bracelet for me. I will definitely be back!
Can’t speak about the service, because I decided to go elsewhere, but their pricing seemed unreasonable and I got a bad feeling. Went in to get my engagement ring resized. A very simple band, going down from a size 7 to a size 6. They quoted me “about $120.” I asked long it would be and they said it would be two weeks. I questioned why it would take so long for a simple resize and the man told me that it takes a while because “we have to take out the stone and check the setting.” Something felt off. Went to Beifeld Jewelers in Jenkintown and they did the job in a matter of days for $42 dollars. They said they have never heard of a jeweler... I've purchased many pieces from Toll's and I love working with the folks there. Les is so very kind. When it was time to purchase an engagement ring I had no idea what to look for. Les showed me many options and helped me make a beautiful ring. Now with our 10th anniversary coming up, Les has helped me design another piece. It's wonderful to work with everyone at Toll's. The place is a gem!
