Tobacco & Cellphone Repair

Do not take your watch there. I took my watch there to get a new battery. He opened my watch, said he did not have a replacement battery for my watch. He could not put the back on the watch and gave it back to me with the back off. He would not take responsibility for not fixing my watch. I had to take my watch to another repair shop and they were able to replace my battery and put the back on easily.

I went to the store on March 4th and purchased a cellphone. They did not give me a receipt. There were no instruction booklets that you get when the phone is brand new. The phone worked and charged for a few days and than stopped charging. I tried different chargers and still didn't charge. Went back to the store yesterday, March 15th, and they would not give me my money back. Insisted I purchased the phone over a month ago, said the charging port was broken and that I broke it. Do NOT go here for cell phone repair. I took my phone less than a month ago because it had a black screen to be repaired. When I picked it up my phone notified me saying something about non apple replacements or parts. They told me not to worry about the notifications. Now my phone has a black screen again. I called and told them and they said there is no warranty, I will have to pay full price to have the black screen fixed. They scamming! Using fake parts so you have to keep going back to them. Just spend the extra $100 at Apple because you will pay well over that having to keep going back to this place

Fast and cheap but now my Wifi won’t work and when I use my camera it shakes . Waiting for them to open so I can call and see about him fixing that. So I’ll update the review I guess when I get a answer. I usually go to white marsh but decided to go here since it was closer .. let’s hope they can fix this issue so I can continue to recommend people to them instead of beyond electronics inside the mall.

If I could give less i would. Store clerk got mad at me cause I said I could get a black and mild cheaper some where else. Casino black and mild for 1.50 .I can get the same for 1.19 and cheaper in VA. Store clerk got mad after my family spends money with them and starts cussing and threating me? What customer service we got here? Any ways mu family member also has Covid 19 and went in this very store. So be careful.
