Night and Day difference from 3yrs ago... TBH, I had no intentions of ever coming back. However, the inside was quite clean, well lit, and had a simple layout (like a Tractor Supply Company store). Service, although I still had to ring the bell, was pleasant and helpful... I even called back and spoke with someone else.... again pleasant and helpful. Great Job TLC! If you know what you are looking for this is an “ok” place however, if need to ask question that require one of the managers you better have an arm load of stuff and credit card ready. Anyone with empty hands don’t get get any questions answered. I applaud the young man who tired to answer my question but Tina was only interested in those customers who had items to be purchased. Disappointed and not going back.
I’m sorry, but someone needs to say it. Tina needs to not be at the register. She has no customer service skills whatsoever, and is just generally unpleasant to deal with. Please put someone else at the register dealing with the public.
Wonderful selection and very competitive prices. I always leave with WAY more than I need.
Friendly, and knowledgeable staff helped us find exactly what we wanted and we also walked out with a georgous culinary mushroom grown on premise.
