I called TLA Roofing Pro to replace my mother's roof. TLA contacted the adjustor the insurance company sent out several times to make corrections to the original estimate. This whole process was completed less than a week. The new roof was installed in one day. Great customer service. Fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Great communication from start to end. They provided us with professional care for our roof & home. They were attentive to our needs and explained any question that was asked of them. They worked in a timely manner also making sure all debris was cleaned up. No trash was left behind. Communication is the key to making sure all of the customers needs are met and TLA is on their jobs as far as keeping in contact and letting you know what their plans are and if there will be any delays.
