Today my friend and I had a genuinely scary experience when we discovered that the lug nuts on her car were loose. No other shop was open except Costco, who unfortunately refused to help us. We ended up at VIP, where we met Thomas Dragon and we could not be more grateful. Even though he was already extremely busy, Thomas went out of his way to make sure we were safe. He took the time to check and tighten the lug nuts for us, giving us peace of mind when we really needed it. I had a tire blow up and shed with a child in my car. TJ made the time right off to get my car in and made it safe again. The whole staff there was very nice and sweet. I would highly recommend TJs Auto Repair. He is a good man and has a good crew of technicians . I'm going to make this shop my go to for all my repairs and check ups. While driving back to Montreal from Vermont, my car broke down unexpectedly. Justin was incredibly prompt and took the time to properly fix my car. Even on a Sunday. I truly appreciated his professionalism and kindness during a stressful situation. I highly recommend this garage, not only for locals but also for anyone passing through from out of state.
