Great customer service with FAST help! I was taking 6 boys to a birthday event when my tire picked up a screw. We noticed Tito's and pulled in. The man there jumped up from what he was working on, patched my tire, and had us back on the road in 5 minutes! Charge was only $10! So thankful for his quick service!

I like Tito's because they want to sell you tires. I mean, the prices are competitive and they are always open. Even Sundays, until 10 PM. Are you kidding me? I appreciate the availability, if nothing else. I send all of my friends to Tito's and the only complaint that I have ever heard was that the shop didn't answer the phone. Well, pull up! They always answer when I call.

Great help when we needed it. Got off work and noticed we had a bad tire went to get a quick temporary replacement, and they found the other front tire was even worse. Got 2 used replacements to get us by until we can get a new set of 4. Was very affordable and the guy was great. Thank you for getting us back on the road.

We DO NOT recommend this place. Our tires were suddenly losing air and we were pretty sure that there was a nail. We asked if he could check them. He said no but that he could put air in them. And he even did that reluctantly. We didn’t feel confident in his work so we checked with our local tire guy the next day (we aren’t from Tyler). That car is recommended that the tires be set at 32 psi. Tito put them at 52! Thankfully we didn’t have a blowout. But because of his laziness we came to find out a 4 inch nail was shredding the inside of the tire. We knew there was something wrong and they turned us down multiple times to get it checked out....

Great service and honest support and advice. Not a "get-rich" attitude, but humble and honest business.
