Great first time experience with this shop. I needed an oil change and these guys did great. To be fair, I went on a Monday which is often mega busy. These guys still had me outta there in about an hr and a half. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back next time my RAV4 needs service. I would recommend this place.
Tire Works in Pahrump really glad I had them check my brakes,they were fine but they found my shocks were leaking. After over 100,000 miles of towing I was going to need it done. Replaced them in an hour or so really quick. Runs great really help my truck out lots and now I know my brakes are at 80%live left on brakes truck is ready for more towing. Thanks great service and great staff. Would use them again for sure. Thanks Tire Works!!!! Appreciate you!
Got a new set of tires put on quick. Keith helped me out. All of the staff were very friendly plus you can see everything they do. Bonus points they didnt scratch my new rims. Highly recommend them.
Really professional staff, was able to help me over the phone while trying purchase some used tiers from a different seller. They made me confident in thier services and knowledge beyond the guy I was stuck dealing with. I went over to thier location to try resolve my needs, greatfully they were able to direct me to an other used tire shop who was able to provide the right tire for them to mount for me. Really happy, almost got sold wrong sized tires for my rig, greatful for fair and ethical treatment and why I returned to have them mount them for me.
The guys at Tire Works have always treated me fairly and honestly, even when it cost them a new tire on one of my buggys, their machine took a chunk out of the bead, no argument they replaced it with a new tire no charge. They had some issues with my Cyber Beast, beings the first one they have done, mainly moving it and jacking it, we talked on the phone, and they figured it out and did a great job.
