If they can't fix your tv, they will tell your warranty company that they "can't duplicate the problem" and get your warranty claim denied. The service technician John returned my TV after having it for two weeks, tested it in my living room and told me that the problem was not fixed after trying several different things to make it work. The service technician John returned my TV after having it for two weeks, tested it in my living room and told me that the problem was not fixed after trying several different things to make it work. He wrote that it was not fixed on my return receipt before telling me he would leave the TV and call me the next day to discuss next steps. The next day he called the warranty company and told them he could not duplicate the problem and the TV was working fine. My claim was denied and they have refused to come out despite several requests. Despite having purchased an extended warranty on my television, I have a TV that doesn't work and will not be fixed because of John and Tino's TV repair. Think twice before before trusting them. Update - I dropped my television off at a different tv repair shop 3 days ago. They were able to test and diagnose the problem in less than ten minutes. They ordered the part that was needed and replaced it. I picked up the television today. It is now working as it should and I have sent a copy of the bill to the warranty company who will no doubt refuse to reimburse me, as John at Tino’s told them there was no problem with the TV when they were unable to fix it.
