I just think it’s awesome that they have a big beautiful flag up every summer. I would use them if I ever needed in the future just because of that and how important patriotism is to me.
The drain in our old clawfoot tub was clogged. Isaac cleared it, no problem! We took advantage of the $99 drain clearing coupon. We were impressed with Isaac's skills and knowledge. He was professional but friendly and helpful. We will continue to use Time for all of our plumbing needs!
Had a main drain backup on a holiday weekend Sunday. I called three places before talking with Time and they were great. Able to come out within hours on Sunday, reasonable price, and excellent service from Greg. He was clear about what was going on, friendly, and did a really clean job snaking our two clean outs to finally get the drain flowing.
Hey! I just had the best experience with Anthony from Time. Called on a Saturday and he was here in just 30 minutes. Had the problem solved in under 15. Plus he's a great guy. This was for a drain cleaning and Time's price was great. I highly recommend you call them for your situation.
Thank you Time!! Our water went out on Thanksgiving day. Called Time plumbing and heating the next day. I spoke to Brad the owner and he had his guys on it. Dave the technician arrived at about 1pm and about 2- 1/2 hours later we had our new water heater. Can’t say enough about Dave’s expertise and I learned few thing from him. The folks at Time Plumbing Heating and Electric are exceptional. I just had my outdoor watering system worked on. Solved a 20 year headache and then they solved a 130 year old water pressure issue. I now have the first pressure regulator ever put in this house. The kitchen sink, toilets, bath tubs, and washing machine no longer make noises in my walls. All is peaceful. I am pretty sure my water using appliances have gained some longevity. The plumbing work looks like art. I think Nathan is the wonderful to work with and is a fountain of knowledge. This isn't cheap patches it is a long term fix. I am so happy!!
Our basement had a black water sewage flood but they went above and beyond to get the job done quickly, and with high quality. I cannot say enough good things about Time Plumbing. They worked with us to get a $14000 plumbing repair almost entirely covered by insurance. (Something we were told would be out of pocket by our adjuster!). They got the entire job done in a day and came back for free to repair a small leak not initially in the section they worked on. We worked directly with Anthony and he was nothing but professional and kind. Overall what could have been a very stressful very expensive situation was handled with the utmost professionalism with clear prioritization of the homeowner.
