My grandparents passed away recently and left me a grandfather clock that I’ve loved since I was little. It hadn’t worked in years and The Time Center came out and had it working just like brand new in 20 minutes. The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and gave me tips on how to keep the clock running smoothly. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Very rude customer service. It's unfortunate because three different jewelry stores recommended this place so I was expecting decent service. On top of their lousy service they don't even have the parts to fix my watch and didn't even seem interested in helping me. I'll take my business elsewhere next time.
I went in to have a few links removed from an inexpensive watch to better fit my 96-year-old dad's wrist. The quoted cost for a 5-minute service was $20—more than the cost of the watch itself! They wouldn't budge on the price and weren't particularly friendly about it. We left and went to Gunderson's Jewelry, where the staff was wonderful and the price was only $15. They made sure the fit was perfect, even making a second adjustment, and couldn't have been more pleasant. Five stars for Gunderson's—they definitely have my future business.
Tim & Mary are lovely people that are great at what they do with Good prices. They fitted my watch perfectly to my liking in minutes.
The most authentic watch shop I have ever been in. Almost seems like a relic of history. Family owned watch shop specializing in the good old analog way of time keeping be it watch or clock. Very nice people. I would tell everyone about this place.
