I had a fence installed by Timber Ridge Fence Company in July for $7,700. The installation process was quick and initially seemed well done, which made me feel confident in my decision at the time.
However, less than a year later, I’m now dealing with issues that have raised concerns about the quality of the workmanship. After a recent incident, it became clear that parts of the installation may not have been as structurally sound as expected.
I’ve reached out multiple times by phone and email with no response. I also contacted the original salesperson, Cody, who assured me someone would follow up, but I have not heard back. I’ve even attempted to reach the company through social media without success.
At this point, I’m simply asking for support and accountability. I’m not expecting anything unreasonable, but I do believe a fence installed less than a year ago should not already require significant repair.
If you’re considering Timber Ridge Fence Company, I would strongly encourage you to ask about warranty, post-installation support, and how they handle issues after the job is complete.
I hope the company will respond and work toward a resolution.
