Timber Ridge Fence

Thank you Timber Ridge Fencing. Cody listened to what we wanted, showed us how he could make that happen and always stayed in communications throughout the process. A team of 3 builders were at my house at 8:30 and was done and off property by 14:45. Everything looks great and they even cleaned after themselves! Great Work! Highly recommended. Already told 3 people about them.

Timber Ridge installed a privacy fence at our home in July of 2025. While the install was great we have contacted Timber Ridge several times concerning rotting and splitting of some of the materials that were used. We have even provided pictures of the aresa of concern and we have not received any response. Based on this company's lack of response to our issues I would not recommend using this company. At this point I am forced to file a complaint with the BBB to request their assistance in addressing our concerns.

I had a fence installed by Timber Ridge Fence Company in July for $7,700. The installation process was quick and initially seemed well done, which made me feel confident in my decision at the time. However, less than a year later, I’m now dealing with issues that have raised concerns about the quality of the workmanship. After a recent incident, it became clear that parts of the installation may not have been as structurally sound as expected. I’ve reached out multiple times by phone and email with no response. I also contacted the original salesperson, Cody, who assured me someone would follow up, but I have not heard back. I’ve even attempted to reach the company through social media without success. At this point, I’m simply asking for support and accountability. I’m not expecting anything unreasonable, but I do believe a fence installed less than a year ago should not already require significant repair. If you’re considering Timber Ridge Fence Company, I would strongly encourage you to ask about warranty, post-installation support, and how they handle issues after the job is complete. I hope the company will respond and work toward a resolution.

Just all around not the best experience. After barely a year, the fence gets damaged in a wind storm. I call Monday morning at 8am, tell them I have 1 pole that’s broken from the wind and it’s rocking the entire fence both directions atleast 3 feet each way. So at this point I’m nervous it’s going to destroy the entire fence. Absolutely ZERO urgency or care was shown. We had to call a total of 8 times to finally get the quote to fix 1 pole out of the 20 on the fence. After my 8th phone call they finally tell me $850. They simply didn't want to come fix THEIR fence. I got 3 other quotes all which were below $500. And 2 of the 3 companies that I got quotes from told me this was not the first time they’ve heard Timber having terrible customer service. If we could go back in time I would use pretty much anyone but Timber ridge. They were the cheapest quote for a reason and I learned the hard way. Very frustrating process!
