I cannot recommend Tim enough, there is absolutely nothing bad I can say. Professional, knowledgeable, fair, and straightforward. Gave me updates every step of the way, went above and beyond, even updating me on his days off. I am more than pleased with the service he provided and, should I have any other issues I will definitely be going back.
Tim is awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable, and willing to share his knowledge freely. He diagnosed a rather ambiguous issue I had with my PC, recommended the best replacement parts, and installed everything perfectly (and quickly). He’s also very fair on price. Tim is great! Super knowledgeable and really works with you. He did a motherboard replacement on a gaming laptop we have and it turned out great. I usually work on my own computers but I wasn't comfortable or knowledgeable enough to handle this. Tim definitely is and explained everything and was great to work with. I fully trust both his honesty and skill. I'll definitely be bringing any other issues I have to him and highly recommend him
