I can’t say enough good things about Tilly’s Auto Repair. Jared, the owner, is one of those rare mechanics you can actually trust. He gave my car a free checkup and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of things I didn’t need — just honest, straightforward service. They also handled my oil change quickly and professionally.
What really stands out is that this is a true family-run business that supports local nonprofits and gives back to the community. You don’t see that much anymore. It’s clear they care about people, not just profits.

I had another positive experience with Tilley’s Auto Repair. When my pluggable hybrid car wouldn't start or open, Jerrod quickly found the battery was the issue, ordered a replacement, and installed it within an hour. The shop was honest, professional, and resolved my problem fast at a fair price.

Tilly’s in Henderson is a very knowledgeable and caring mechanic if you ever need and looking for a honest and trustworthy mechanic, look no further than here. You can bring your car, truck to Tilly’s Auto with no worries, he will take care of your car issues. He was able to locate my leak on my 2015 Lexus RX350 and repair the issue within a short time.

Wasted so much of my time. Mr. Tilley told me the car was safe to drive when it took about 40 seconds with pedal all the way down to get the car to go 30 mph. I got the sense that Mr. Tilley was annoyed with me and didn’t take me seriously. I did ask him for updates every morning but that was only because I was not local and hotels make you check out or pay for another at 11 AM. So I needed to know if I should pack up my bags because my car ready or buy another night because the car isn’t ready. So I needed to know if I should pack up my bags because my car ready or buy another night because the car isn’t ready. So yeah I did contact him every day I was in Vegas but I only left my friend’s place and came to Vegas because he told me the car was ready. I was polite every time I asked too. He didn’t not seem sympathetic or understanding of my situation or the urgency at all. I can already tell that the two weeks I spent in Vegas alone because Mr.Tilley told me the car was ready when it clearly needed so much more work, has such a formative experience for me. I have become so angry and jaded from this experience. Waiting for my car was not a fun vacation for me it was a waste of my time and money as I don’t drink or gamble. I don’t know anyone in Vegas so I got extremely and deeply lonely while waiting. Whole thing was just sad. He said he drove the car himself and it worked but when I got in every warning light was on and the car was in what I have now learned is called limp mode. The workers at the shop I brought my car to afterwards all laughed when I told them that my previous mechanic had told me the car was safe to drive. But he acted like I was being bratty by asking him to look again. I got the sense that I had offended him somehow and he just wasn’t telling me. The second star is that he did replace the engine, which is why the car was brought in in the first place. But he failed to notice other problems and he became hard to communicate with.

This a response to Tom's negative review. I had Bob's car towed to Tilley's because that's who I trust. I have referred many people to Tilley's and everyone is HAPPY. The car had been stolen and didn't run. That car sat at Tilley's shop for nearly a month because no one would make a decision on what to do. Also it was safe at Tilley's because the people who stole the car had the keys and Bob's address, bet you didn't know that. You didn't bother to check in on your Uncle. I remember the new fuel pump when they put it in because I saw them take the old one out. I remember the new fuel pump when they put it in because I saw them take the old one out. Tom you paid $3000 for a Lexus that was worth much more, you never helped your Uncle you just took the car. Look in the mirror Tom you know you are not telling the truth. The number of hours that was spent just diagnosing the car that no one was charged is an insult itself. Also Tom you were told more needed to be done to the car when you picked it up. I am disgusted that you would stoop so low when you weren't accountable at all. Please Disregard this review because it's not accurate. Oh and Tom your Uncle is safe at a beautiful group home that I recommended you are welcome.
