I give the tile installation a five star rating. The installers did a great job. Especially the extras I requested. The bill for the extras was about 25 percent higher than what we discussed in three conversations one in person and one on the phone and one on email. Again the instillation is a great job and we are very happy with the finished product. There was only a verbal agreement on the price for the extra work and they did back down to the price we agreed on after I spoke with him, twice. If it ain't on paper it ain't so. Get everything on paper. I never did get an explanation on the suprise charges.

We could not be happier with the customer service we received from Jason and the actual installation is perfect. Would definitely hire them again.
