Our experience with Three Mountain Roofing was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we began the planning process with their team, to our recent total roof replacement in mid-October, each step was handled with detail, customer care, a thorough explanation for each step of the process, and an outstanding team day of old roof removal and new roof installation. Our roof required detailed consultation around replacement of skylights given concern around water runoff and one skylight being compromised over the course of time and tough Vermont winters. Our roof required detailed consultation around replacement of skylights given concern around water runoff and one skylight being compromised over the course of time and tough Vermont winters. The Three Mountain Roofing team, in consultation with our contractor, Stowebury Construction, devised a well-orchestrated project and all the pieces fell into place so well. As heavy snow falls with our first big winter storm tonight, we couldn't be more pleased to be ready for the season. A huge thanks to Jesse Alamed for all the in-person and behind-the-scenes work, alongside the Three Mountain Team, to make this such an outstanding experience. Our site manager, Cait Fitzpatrick, made the day-of install run smoothly from the moment of arrival, to combing the property post-install and replacing things on our patio to roll right into outside activities again. A big thanks to our Stowebury Construction team for working inside prior to and following roof install to stage us for new skylights as we shifted from 3 down to 1. It all looks amazing. A day later and I'm still in awe at how quickly, efficiently and perfectly my roof was replaced. When the crew pulled out of the driveway, you could not tell that anyone had been there. The yard was spotless, gardens intact, and best of all, the roof looks phenomenal. I was informed every step of the way, and it was obvious the whole operation was a "well-oiled machine." Everyone worked so smoothly together that my roof was completed in seven hours (with nothing to do afterwards but walk around admiring a job well-done). This is what they do - ROOFS, and so they have the expertise, experience and knowledge. Thank you Ryan and thank you...A day later and I'm still in awe at how quickly, efficiently and perfectly my roof was replaced. They did an excellent job! Chris was very nice and he and his crew did everything just right, removing the ice dams and snow from the roof of our two story home. Chris knows his stuff! Answered all our questions clearly and did a really great, professional job. Could not have asked for better!

I am SHOCKED by how much Three Mountain Roofing went above and beyond at my house today! The roof looks STUNNING, and that’s just the first thing I have to say. They claimed they could do a roof in a single day, then did mine in approximately five and a half hours. This is because after their other crew finished a different project, they came all the way over to my house to pitch in and accomplish the installation. They texted me when they were on their way, sent me an update to let me know (to my relief) that no additional panels had to be replaced, and sent me a photo when it was done. I got home and walked around, only to find out that the...I am SHOCKED by how much Three Mountain Roofing went above and beyond at my house today! The roof looks STUNNING, and that’s just the first thing I have to say. They claimed they could do a roof in a single day, then did mine in approximately five and a half hours. We had some very surprising leaking after our roof was replaced 2 years ago. Called Kate and Chris and Nelson showed up quickly to see what the problem was. It was in the middle of winter just after a 5 inch storm and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue with old flashing remaining under our dormers. Do to the conditions they caulked over the areas of flashing that needed attention and better address the old flashing that remained on our roof in the spring. Chris and Nelson did an excellent job in getting the work done quickly. Not sure why this flashing was not replaced when the roof was redone.
