CYNTHIA RIZZUTO
We needed a new valve for our tub/shower. We were told to get a name brand so parts were easier to find in the future if there were problems but they had larger plates as it would probably need a larger hole cut. We were fine with that and took back the one we liked and got a brand they recommended. The guy was very prompt and pleasant and got right to work. After a bit he came out and said he messed up and made the hole to big and had to go to American and get a bigger plate to cover the hole. Now we have an ugly eyesore in the shower. What was a nice brushed nickel set-up is now backed up by this god awful shiny eyesore! And to add insult... We needed a new valve for our tub/shower. What was a nice brushed nickel set-up is now backed up by this god awful shiny eyesore! And to add insult to injury he charged us for the time that he spent to go track down this eyesore to fix “his mistake”, his own words. How do you fix this disgusting mess? It looks like someone bought junk yard rejects and threw them in a rental. So much for replacing the double sink faucets to match the tub. Do I go gaudy shiny silver or out of place brushed nickel? Beware if you are asking for repairs. Professional does not mean you get a professional job done.
