Thoro-Clene came out and cleaned my carpets today and I’ve used a lot of companies in the past but Thoro-Clene by far has done the best job! Other companies have been so fast to be done and this guy took his time and my carpets look brand new! Thank you for the great job.
Always a pleasure having them clean my carpets! Just got a new place that desperately needed it and has been well loved for 5 years. Always recommend them every time for move in/ move out and regular cleaning. It will surprise you what normal wear and tear can accumulate in your carpets even in 6 months. They are quick and professional. Super affordable!
We’re so pleased with the job Thoro-Clene did. Even our cat approves! The representative was very friendly and thorough, getting a few stains out, even black grease from the bottom of our drum kit!
Let me preface my review with a quick bit of backstory information. I have an extremely intense sense of smell. I smell things that nobody else can smell. It's a curse. I have been smelling something that I believed to be in our carpets, but nobody else in my house can smell it. So I decided that I would get the carpets cleaned to see if it helped. So I called Thoro-Clene to schedule an appointment. The staff were very insightful and suggested that someone come over to investigate the smell before they decided whether or not it was a good idea to schedule a cleaning appointment. Today, the owner Jason came by to check out our home and see if they would recommend cleaning the carpets. He was extremely professional and clearly has a lot of knowledge and expertise. After a thorough inspection, he said that they could absolutely try to clean the carpets, but that he doesn't smell anything like what I described - or anything else that he could describe as an unusual 'house smell'. I wasn't terribly surprised - since no one else in the house can smell it either - and I was impressed that he had the integrity to state that rather than sell me on services that may not resolve the issue, specifically for me (since I can smell it and no one else can). I was very appreciative that the owner of a local business took time out of his day to ensure that I would be happy with their services before I had even used them, and that he has the integrity to be honest about whether or not he would recommend said services. While I won't be using their services at this time , I will definitely be using them in the future for any carpet, upholstery, tile or other cleaning needs for which they provide services. Highly recommend just based on honesty and professionalism.
