My car broke down while on a roadtrip, just passing through. Thomas Auto took us in right away even though they were understaffed for the day. Everyone was so nice and easy to work with! Would highly recommend this shop!
Took my car in about a month ago due to driving rough and brakes squealing they told me my brakes were fine and I needed struts, sway arm bars, rear suspension, and a steering bushing. I approved the repairs and paid. I drove the car for about a week and steering column shifted come to find out the mechanic left the bolt out of my steering column luckily it shifted in the parking lot at work and not on the road. I am posting so late making sure nothing else was left unfinished. My rear brakes still squeak which I will fix myself and it's still a rough ride so beware for major repairs. Another consolation is for a mess up that could have c... Wonderful automotive shop. We live in Atlanta and our transmission went out on the way down to Florida. It was myself, my wife and our young daughter and Donnie and his team went above and beyond to help us. They provided fast and very fair service and were incredibly kind. Highly recommend.
Great auto shop. They are amazing at making sure you're taking care of. And amazing prices!
