Enjoyed meeting Brien. We are very happy with his service. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He repaired our grandfather clock in the timetable given and at the price quoted. He was even so kind as to help me out with a problem with my cuckoo clock. Wonderful work ethic and beautiful work. Thank You Brien! I would highly recommend him.
Brien Dews was so nice when he serviced our Grandfather clock. Our clock was chiming so slowly, it was painful to listen to, so Brien cleaned and oiled it and now it sounds great. He also asked if we wanted a crank instead of key to wind the clock and I didn't even know that was an option! What a wonderful option 👏 I will use Third Coast Clock for any future clock issues.
Thanks Brian for being so awesome. I've wanted a grandfather clock for years. I'm one of the rare ones, a millennial that loves the old works of art. I had found a clock second hand for a steal of a price but the movement needed some work. When I had called for my appointment Brian immediately knew what the problem was. On my appointment day he showed up and had the clock running better than it had when I bought it. We both agreed the movement will need replacement eventually. I recommend that anyone looking for a clock mechanic to please give this guy a call. He knows his stuff very well and was able to explain great details to me on how... Brien came to clean a grandmother and a grandfather clock we have that were built by my grandfather and have great sentimental value to us. Neither clock had ben running for 3+ years. Not only do they run perfectly now, but Brien also fixed the chain on one of them that was keeping it from running. He was professional, courteous of my home (the ground outdoors was wet and snowy), extremely knowledgeable about how my clocks should run, and took the utmost care with them. He also answered all my questions. :) I can recommend Brien without reservations for whatever you need done for your clocks.
