I had an amazing experience at The Wright PC in Mesa! The team is incredibly knowledgeable and honest—no upselling, just real solutions. I spoke with Kirk the owner and felt confident that he would take care of me. They updated my personal PC quickly and even helped me choose the best upgrades that I needed. Friendly service, fair prices, and expert tech support. Highly recommended for repairs, upgrades, or new systems!
Called them to talk about an installation and Cody (Man on the phone) Suggested I buy a power supply from Their store which was cheaper than other places and when I told him what issues I’ve been having, he said that based off what he heard, I didn’t need to change anything in my computer that it’s probably something in the hardware or software and that they do diagnostics for $75. I brought it to him and it was ready two days later and while I was there, he told me that I had a bunch of apps running in the background that I wasn’t aware of which was also a reason for it being slow while playing video games. He also updated BIOS And informed... Overall, great service, reliable, and they know what they are doing. I had a nice talk with An older gentleman Who has been working and fixing computers since the 80s
Great team here very knowledgeable. If you are looking a great PC for a great price, this is your one stop shop! We will definitely be back in the next few months for another upgrade for another PC.
As an owner of a company, I appreciate a business that has my same values of not nickeling and diming it's clients. The folks at The Wright PC checked my equipment, found out it was user error, helped me in a timely fashion, and I was out the door in 20 minutes. Courteous and knowledgeable.
What can be said about excellence? TheWrighPC has everything you might need for your computer needs and as a bonus, you get great customer service, knowledge and great prices. Kirk and Codi are superb in what they do. Very informative and they trully know their work. I am extremely satisfied with the service they provided and the cost of repairing my computer.
