plumbers to the rescue! i needed two toilets replaced in my home in el paso and plumbers damian and brad did an awesome job. they asked me what kind of toilet i preferred (i had no idea there were so many options!) and took the time to explain the differences and which might work best for me. they arrived right on time, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and were very professional the whole time. they even fixed a loose kitchen faucet for me, even though it wasn't on their work order. overall, a really great experience!

Theodore & Sons Plumbing really helped me avoid a huge expense on a sewer line problem at the house. We had a clogged main sewer pipe, and the cleanout was buried under dirt, so it looked like it could turn into a big and costly plumbing job. Another company said the pipe was not visible and gave me a very high estimate to dig a new hole and install a cleanout. Nicholas took a much better approach. Instead of giving up, he checked the nearby house layouts to figure out where the sewer pipe was likely located. Our water heater relief valve drain line was leaking, so we called for plumbing service. A technician named Brad arrived within a few hours and was polite, skilled, and easy to talk to. He checked the water heater, explained that the temperature setting was a little too high and that it was causing extra pressure in the system, then adjusted it to help relieve the issue.
