Stopped by this store today with a lower end upright Eureka vacum. It was my first visit to the store. The dirt cup wouldn't lock in place. The gentleman in the store was pleasant and helpful. He was able to fix the the problem easily and quickly, without charging me anything. Just wanted to send my thanks for your help today. I will be back in when I'm looking for a vacum upgrade.
I brought my Bissell Steam Cleaner to be repaired. The belt came off of it. After 4 weeks I picked it up to be told that they did not fix Bissell even thought the sign clearly says they do. They never called me to let me know. The man was rude when I picked up my machine. He never looked at it, he told me he though it was a vacuum. I saved myself some money because I brought it home and repaired it myself.
