Had such a great experience taking my Miele vacuum here to get repaired. The owner was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the repair was done quicker than I expected and for a fraction of the cost I was expecting to pay. I’m so glad this shop exists and will definitely go back if I have any other issues with the 25 year old Miele we have, or if I ever want to get another one. Highly recommend to anyone needing vacuum repair.
I purchased an Austin humidifier from this store a few years back. I recently called to purchase a new filter for the unit. I was told by the owner, that they were out of stock. I asked if I could order one from him. The reply was yes, and my contact info was taken. I then was told that it would probably take a week to get the filter, and I would receive a call on its arrival. I never got the call, so I called to check on my order. I as told it hasn’t come in yet, and they will call me when the supply of filters is available. The owner responding by telling me to just purchase the filter in line, said have a good day and rudely hung up the p... I purchased an Austin humidifier from this store a few years back. Great experience buying a Sebo vacuum. Got to try and compare to Miele, plus they service everything they sell and then some. Highly recommend!

Great store! Lots of knowledge, good advice, friendly staff, and a good variety to choose from. I bought an air purifier, which is as good as they promised and then some. Spent more time chatting pleasantly with the owner than actually doing the purchase. Delivery was fast, and their advice was spot on. Definitely a positive experience, and definitely would recommend to anyone searching for a vac, system, or air purifier, or any other of their products.
