Called him to fix a stuck zone valve on my sprinkler system.Left after 30 minutes he couldn't find the valve. Did not have the tools to search for it. Told me I should maintain my system better and left.He said he had a valve finder but the batteries kept dying on it. The batteries cost $35. I suggested the customers would reimburse for the cost so he could repair the Sprinkler system as he advertises. He is a quitter.
This is a great company. I recently moved into a house with an irrigation system which needed a repair. They called back the day I reached out and we had something on the calendar for a few days after. They showed up on time and were very professional. They diagnosed the issue quickly and laid out what needs to be done. The issue was fixed that day and they made sure the entire system was working. This was all for a good price. I’ll be using them again and highly recommend
After being given a quote from another sprinkler company of $450 to hook up my well pump, I decided to get a second opinion. Rich came out & looked at it & estimated $125-250. After fixing it & also replacing one head his total bill was $146.08. It's refreshing that there are still honest people who aren't taking advantage of the elderly. Thanks so much Rich!!
Rich is a friendly, down to earth person who tries to help you the best way he can based on his experience with lawns, seeding, chemicals, sprinklers and treating fungicides. He doesn’t try to upsell and is thorough with what he can do and the options available. Great service. Great work. Highly recommended.
