I would say they really stand out, and I appreciated that very much. The work on my phone was done quickly and he made sure it was all good before I left. Also, I appreciated the way he explained everything. It shows that he is passionate about his work; very knowledgeable. It was service that’s very hard to come by these days. Great website, great service, great customer interaction! I got online over the weekend, check the business out and their reviews, on top of that AT&T actually recommended them for phone repairs. I made an appointment for Monday morning, when I arrived, I was greeted, he looked up the repair and validated what I want done, Make sure that he had all my contact information and gave me an estimated time to repair of an hour and a half. I came back in the recommended time, it was all finished and ready to go. I would recommend this shop for all your Small form factor repairs!
