The Rosebud Company

Rosebud has a towering number of years of experience in restoring wood floors in houses, including those in the Druid Hills Historic District, many of which were built in the early 1920s. I was uncertain how they were going to restore the floors of my 1920 house without sanding and then finishing. But Michael and Jenna assured me that by getting away from the old destructive approach (sanding), they could restore the floors perfectly with a complex process involving restorative compounds, including coloring ones. I was soundly impressed with the results: beautifully restored floors. (I'm loath to put the rugs back.)

Michael Purser and Jenna from The Rosebud Company were the ultimate professionals from our initial meeting to discuss the project through completion of the project as scheduled. Jenna did an amazing job cleaning, repairing and recoating the white oak solid wood floors in the rooms on the first floor of our home. I have been somewhat delinquent in writing this review, and it's because I can't stop staring at my floors in awe. In all seriousness, Michael and Jenna did a phenomenal job on bringing my 95-year-old wood floors back to life, and they look even better than I imagined they could. I'm so thankful I found Rosebud on Nextdoor, and once I spoke to Michael on the phone, I knew I didn't want anyone else to work on the floors. I spoke with Michael Piercer at Rosebud Company after reaching out through email. I had some floor movement during my first winter in my home and i wanted an experts opinion on how to move forward. Michael talked me through a plan to monitor, fix, and maintain. I appreciate the high quality relationship based approach this business seems to take.

I can't say enough amazing things about The Rosebud Company and Michael and Jenna. I have an over 100 year-old home whose floors had seen better days. Michael and Jenna came in and breathed new life into them. Not only are they experts at what they do, but they are professional and communicate with you every step of the way.
