Steve and his team went above and beyond. Steve was great to work with and extremely helpful with all of my questions. Rich handled our repairs and was professional, on time, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the process. They’re the only company I’ll work with moving forward.

Had roof shingle repair after a recent storm tore some off house. The Repairman associate showed up on time, was courteous, thorough with work done. Was honest with questions and actual damage done by storm. I was so impressed I had the Repairman replace 2 outside lights a month later. The Repairman is fast becoming my new go to for home improvement as well

Matt did an excellent job on my door replacement and other minor repairs. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable about many different types of repairs and I found him to be a good resource for any of my home concerns. Matt was also very neat and quick in all his work, so quick that he did all that I had for him and finished early. I thought I had too much for him to do!

I might be an outlier in my experience with the Repairman, but wanted to leave a review for future customers to consider.
I was seriously disappointed to the work my repairman did. My initial call was for some cracks in my ceiling (plaster). It needed extra supports as the cracks were pretty severe. We discussed this before the job started, but later I found places where the ceiling still bowed. He was also only able to do one coat of mud because it took so long for it to dry with he cracks being so deep.
This is the first let down. I wish he would have offered to come back another day since he seemed fairly certain that it wouldn’t dry in ti...I might be an outlier in my experience with the Repairman, but wanted to leave a review for future customers to consider.

This is the first let down. I wish he would have offered to come back another day since he seemed fairly certain that it wouldn’t dry in time, but I was holding out home that it might work out.
In the mean time I asked him to do several small jobs around the house. The seal on the bottom of my front door, missing in the bathroom, drilling a hole in my mantle, and switch a light fixture.
All of these jobs he did partially, but never finished (for some, they were reasons beyond his control).
The hole in the mantle he drilled, but left scratched paint…to me, a finished job is a picture perfect look. My expectation would be you touch up the paint as the repairman, not leave it for the customer to do.
The mud in the bathroom was left incomplete because he didn’t have the tool needed to sand it down…again, now I have to do that, as a costumer who paid for the job to be done right.
The light fixture was left incomplete because he didn’t feel confident replacing the old wires and recommended hiring an electrician.
And finally, the front door. He fixed part of it, but wasn’t able to find the last part for the threshold in the right size. He spend 2 hours driving to different stores looking for it. I think that could have been avoided by calling the store ahead of time or looking on the stores app. Maybe with those extra 2 hours back he could have finished some of the other jobs.
I do apologize for such a long review, but you kind of need the full picture to understand the experience. I’m glad so many of you had better experiences.
Sadly, I will not be hiring them again.
