Very professional company! Got a mailer last month about free water testing, sent in a request for an appointment. Adam came out and tested the water, explained the test results, and offered a very cost effective solution. At no time did I feel pressured into making the purchase, which is important to me. I felt like I was making a very informed decision when I decided to move forward with the water system Adam recommended.

I have iron in my water. So the Pure Experts recommended to replace current softener and carbon filter with ozone iron remover with new softener. They came on time and did a very professional install looks top notch. The initial ozone pump had an issue and Seth and Alexa our installers decided to come back the next day and put in a whole new pump. Still had some issues so Seth and Alexa came back again for the third time made some minor tweaks, and now its up and working perfectly. Service after the sale has been top notch. The difference this has made has changed my whole family's well being no more stinky hard water. From start to finish...I have iron in my water.
