I got a new screen protector that they installed wrong. I went back and they charged me more for a new one. That one was installed and within minutes, there was a huge bubble on the side of the screen. Went back and they just pushed the air bubble out. This morning the bubble got bigger and there was a crack on the screen protector. I went back again and the older lady up front said no one else was there and I had to come back on Monday. They have a great set up here. I needed a new screen protector for my phone. They had it in stock at a good price, and installed it for me quickly.

When I got referred to this location, when best buy didn't have what I needed.I honestly thought it was a strip club lmao. But no, they just have an incredible selection of every possible phone accessory, you can think of. Very helpful staff and a pleasant atmosphere

Didn’t want to waste gas & time. Called to make sure they have phone case I want. Whoever answered was unhelpful & rude. Best Buy was more helpful & better price.

Great customer service. But the PINK SPOT brand accessories, especially phone covers, are JUNK. DO NOT BUY!! Why does P.S. not offer a refund? Because their products are garbage and don't last. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Boy are they expensive. A cheap cover is almost $20. I bought a Body Glove, excellent phone cover with certified drop protection, for $18 dollars. And it is returnable for a full refund. SHOP ELSEWHERE!
