The PC Doctor was a great find. He fixed my computer, which had been hacked, and has assisted me with other little problems I was having. The job was priced well and I will take my laptop to him for all future problems. He is definitely a five-star.
Very affordable and understanding, attempts to finish work in a timely manner, and very persistent when it comes to solving the problem! This is the experience that i have encountered while doing business with the PC Doctor. If you are in the Albany/surrounding area i highly recommend you using him as i have over the course of this years!
When my hard drive crashed, it couldn’t have been at a worse time. I was referred to The PC Dr by a business acquaintance. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. They were professional, knowledgable, and truly caring. I was back up and running very quickly. Five stars!
There was an issue with arranging an online appointment, but the technician made his best to fix the situation. He came out early, was courteous and professional. Installed happened in no time. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone.
