Mosaic is top notch! I was ready to give them a five-star review before our new flooring was even laid based off of their customer service alone! Since the new floor has been laid, another five stars from our family! Taimi and Juan were wonderful to work with, very professional but yet down to earth and easy to talk to. They were also very easy to get in touch with, either by phone or walking into the showroom, for any questions we had. You get the whole team with Mosaic and they work together great! Very impressed with Jose, who laid our floor. He is very skilled and meticulous in his work and it shows! He left our floors cleaner than I had... Mosaic is top notch! This is my second time using Mosaic for floor installation. Service on both occasions was fast, professional and courteous. They did an excellent job on the installation and clean up. Their prices are fair and work is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone needing flooring installed.
The whole experience from the time we walked into the store to completion was the easiest project that we have had so far we picked a Shaw tile and couldn’t be happier. Micheal came out that same day and measured and ordered the tile within 2 - 3 weeks we were already walking on our new floors we will definitely be using them again
