My neighbor recommended this company when I needed help right away with chimney repair after having my roof replaced. Jay responded right away and was able to take a look at what was needed and get me on the schedule. Great communication and updates via text. The quality of work was excellent -- cracks and loosened mortar was all repaired and grimey brickwork cleaned. When I needed follow up for the flashing work, Jay made sure to come out and be careful there was no leaking. Impressed by the responsiveness to requests and to his commitment to do quality work. I paid for a chimney repair and cap installation. The repair was completed, but the cap was never installed. They missed 3 scheduled appointments for the cap install and so the work was never finished.
