My sister recommended the Kar Shop to me and having an exorbitant amount of money that a car dealership wanted to charge me I took it over there to the car shop and was pleasantly surprised it was going to cost me about 40% less. I could get a couple other things done that I needed. They kept in touch with me told me where my car was going in sent me a price for the estimate. Wonderful place wonderful people I recommend the Kar Shop highly!
Great experience with this shop! They were friendly, responsive, and very helpful when I called about a strange noise coming from my car. They were able to get me scheduled quickly and were professional and easy to communicate with. Even though the issue ended up being something minor on my end, I really appreciated how helpful they were and how smoothly everything went. I’ll definitely keep them in mind for future work and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable local shop.
