The Junkluggers of Charlotte

When I first called, the lady I spoke with was so kind and friendly and even when I told her the items I wanted removed and I told her the price was much. She encouraged me to let them come and it might not be as much as I estimated. I agreed. Justine and Antonio were so respectful and they went above and beyond to make sure the price worked for me, they even called the manager to work with my budget. Thank you so much! I cannot say enough about my experience with Junkluggers. From my initial call to get an estimate the representative was absolutely delightful. My appointment was scheduled promptly. On my appointment day when Ian, Antonio and Asher arrived they were very professional. The process and estimate was explained thoroughly and when the work started it was efficient and smooth. These guys are great. I would hire Junkluggers in the future and hope this is my haul away team.

I found The Junkluggers through a local vender. I contacted them and it was very easy to schedule an appointment them. They even reached out to me prior to my appointment to see if I had availability to provide their service early because they were already in my area. They gave me plenty of text message reminders, and contacted me the day of service to let me know when they would arrive. Junkluggers were wonderful. We had to clean out my sister in laws house. They were prompt. They worked quickly and continuously. The guys were polite. We definitely recommend them and would use them again if needed.
