Went in to ask why my camera on my iPhone was blurry and she told me that it usually happens when a blue collar worker is around dirt and dust. Lol little do they know I work for an engineering department. Crazy rude. Plenty of other repair shops in town that do not insult their customers.

I came here a few weeks ago to get my back glass replaced on my iPhone 14 Pro. It was a quick turnaround for a big project! I got it back within a day and it looked perfect.
It wasn’t a big deal, but after the glass replacement, I noticed that my microphone was a little muffled and my video audio was fuzzy, so I brought my phone back in a couple of weeks later. They ordered me a new rear microphone and replaced it free of charge- and within an hour! My phone is perfect now. Great customer service and repairs. Thanks again!

Can’t recommend this place enough!
I was having issues with my iPhone’s charging port and was told it was probably just dirty and needed a cleaning. iPhone Professor offered to clean and diagnose it for free, while “The iPhone Guy” downtown wanted to charge $50 (!!) for the same service. I was in and out in 10 minutes with a fully functioning phone again. If you’re having charging port problems, definitely take your phone here!
