Mike was very easy to contact. He is professional and has great communication skills. He scheduled an appointment for grout repair quickly. An estimate was received a day later. Johnny completed the grout repair with great color matching. He was polite, courteous, respectful and completed his work in a timely manner with great cleanup. We had a fantastic experience with The Grout Medic! Our tiled kitchen floor was in serious need of attention, and they completely transformed it. The grout looks brand new, the color is consistent, and the entire floor feels clean and refreshed. The technician was professional, punctual, and meticulous with his work. It honestly looks like we had a new floor placed.

Very happy with the outcome. We have several cracked tiles and the technicians repaired/filled them nicely. The cracks are totally unnoticeable. The guys were very nice and courteous.
