We brought a phone in and were told the issue was the battery and that replacing it would fix the problem. After the phone was “repaired,” nothing was fixed. The explanation then changed to possible sensor issues and other problems that were never mentioned upfront. The shop insisted on keeping the phone overnight to fix it, but when we returned the next day, the phone was still broken and back to the same condition it was in from the beginning. Despite this, the technician still tried to charge us for the original repair. After a lot of back and forth, the battery was eventually changed back, but this situation should never have happened.... There was no successful repair, poor communication, and shifting explanations. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this shop.

Broke the back of my iPhone 15. I live 75 miles out where there are no places to get it fixed. I called down to McAlester and up to Muskogee and they were all higher and didn't have the back glass in stock. One place even wanted me to buy the part first and said I'd have to wait until it came in !So I kept calling around and finally called The Fix and got Asa. He was very helpful and laid back and said the part was in stock. I finally made the drive and Altun got it done quickly and professionally. He also suggested installing a screen protector and had that done as well. If you have a damaged phone I definitely recommend The Fix with Altun a... Broke the back of my iPhone 15. My 14 Pro Max was ran over by car. First picture that’s how I brought my phone in and the other pictures how it came out. They saved me from a thousand bucks and completely renewed my phone for an affordable price. Special thanks to Altun who worked on the phone and kept great communication during it.
