I had my screen replaced here two weeks ago and the job was done incorrectly. The screws securing the screen weren’t seated properly, and the waterproof adhesive was clearly never applied. Because of this, after sitting in my car with the heat on during a rainstorm, moisture got behind the display. When I went back expecting a warranty repair, I was told it was my fault for leaving the phone in the car, so they refused to cover it. To make it worse, the employee quoted me $225 for the same soft OLED display I had just paid $190 for two weeks earlier. I ended up paying the $190 again just to get it working, and I stayed to watch the repair.... I had my screen replaced here two weeks ago and the job was done incorrectly. To make it worse, the employee quoted me $225 for the same soft OLED display I had just paid $190 for two weeks earlier. I ended up paying the $190 again just to get it working, and I stayed to watch the repair. The employee argued with me about the waterproof adhesive, insisting it was “plastic” and not needed — the exact reason I was back in the first place. The worst part is that the screens they use for replacements actually come with a full lifetime warranty, yet they don’t stand behind that at all. Instead, you get blamed, charged again, and left dealing with their mistakes. This place cuts corners, refuses to honor warranties, and shifts the blame onto customers. Be very careful before trusting them with your device. Pictured is the adhesive I pulled straight from the box, which has the proper cutouts to apply it to the phone — something I paid for and still wasn’t given.
