Went inside with a cracked screen thinking the worst. Showed the tech and asked if it could be saved, he said yes. It was like a couple hundred bucks but still cheaper than paying 800 for a new phone and that's with my carrier upgrade discount. So I saved quite a bit and my phone is as good as new. Very happy with the service and the 30 minutes that it took.
