I hate to give a negative review because I see so many great experiences but after going by twice and still having a glitchy screen, I have to be honest. I went to get my phone screen fixed and the guy did it very quickly and efficiently. I asked about a premium screen because I’d seen reviews but he said no I don’t need it. When I left I noticed it was a little off-color but he said to get used to it and I thought it would even out. Well a few days go by and the color is still bad and the screen is a little glitchy. I went back to the shop and let him know what was going on and he said he gave me a discount but I needed to pay full price to... I went back to the shop and let him know what was going on and he said he gave me a discount but I needed to pay full price to upgrade to a premium screen. It was a little annoying but ultimately fine because I want a working phone screen. Now it’s been about 3 days and the screen is so beyond glitchy. It’s got a green tint all the time but especially in dark mode and it has little pixel boxes of black and light gray on any videos that are dark. I did text with the owner and he seemed truly lovely but I didn’t end up getting helped so I feel badly but it was an unsuccessful fix for me. I hope everyone else has better luck but maybe be extra cautious!

Stopped by this shop to get a phone case and privacy screen, and we had such a great experience! The guy working there was super friendly and helpful. Bonus points—he was so sweet to our pup too !

DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give negative stars, I would. My daughter cracked her phone. She brought it here. They “fixed” it for her. She noticed right away that there was black at the bottom of her screen and the phone was laggy. We took it back and it turned out they put an iPhone 14 screen on her iPhone 16 Pro. They didn’t have the right screen so they just Used what they had but didn’t say anything to her. She went back to explain what was going on with the phone and they told her there was nothing they could do about it. When I went back, they told me they would replace it with the right size display, but that I needed to pay another $12... DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give negative stars, I would. When I went back, they told me they would replace it with the right size display, but that I needed to pay another $125. Instead, I took it to Apple to get it fixed. I went back to get a refund which they finally gave me but charged me a $100 labor fee (for The wrong display). Had they been upfront about not having the right part, none of this would’ve happened and I would’ve saved myself time/money. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau

The guy at this location is amazing! I came in with my phone damaged and missing the back because of a terrible experience at another repair shop in the mall. He went above and beyond — he listened to what happened, understood my frustration, and made sure my phone was fixed perfectly. I will definitely be coming back here if I ever have any other issues. If you need anything fixed on your phone, this is the place to go!
