I am very pleased that such a store has opened in Concord. Walmart is in a great location, right near our house. It's a place where we can find every kind of case and screen protector. They had all kinds of parts in stock, and my phone, which was actually ruined, was completely refurbished. It works perfectly now. Thank you very much.
I brought my iPad in to have the screen replaced. Within 30 minutes, Harry had replaced it and put on a glass protector and it now looks and works literally like brand new!! No appointment was necessary! He did the work right in front of me, so if I wanted to watch him, I could have. But I chose to look at all the products he has for sale instead. Truly recommend this place if you need any repair work. Harry is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, yet didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I’m so glad my friend told me she saw this place inside Walmart. Certainly saved me a ton of time and money by not having to go to the App... I brought my iPad in to have the screen replaced. This store is the best thing that has happened to me. The gentleman that assisted me went way out of his way to make sure I understood what I needed to do to fix my phone I would recommend them highly to anybody that has any questions regarding their cell phones or any repairs needed again, thank you so much..
Broke my screen and went here because of the good reviews and proximity to me. The tech that helped me was extremely polite and like others have said, fixed the screen in about 20 minutes. It was a little more than I expected but MUCH cheaper than a new phone. He had Samsung factory parts in stock for my phone so you know quality isn't an issue. I'd go there again and recommend friends to go if they need a repair or phone accessories.
