The Fix in The Mall in Columbia

I took my MacBook Pro in because the screen wouldn’t open. They fixed that, but as soon as I got the laptop back, a brand-new problem showed up that it NEVER had before. The screen now has a huge black line running through it, and it glitches so hard the whole laptop freezes. It’s basically unusable. I even added a photo so people can see how bad it looks. I already paid $370, and when I went back to ask what happened, they refused to take any responsibility. We had an Apple Watch screen replaced. The replacement screen started popping up less than two weeks after. We went back to get it fixed. The tech put some glue on it. And less than two weeks later, the whole screen popped off. Update 8/18/25: reached out to the owner a few times; he was slow to reply and after we provided the details he asked for, he stopped replying. Bad customer service on top of shoddy work.

Thank you Thomas and the entire staff at The fix. My iPhone had severe water damage to the point where the phone was non responsive. Thomas with his expertise was able to bring the phone back to life and fully operational. If your phone is broken I highly recommend to check them out. Thought our screens were damaged on our phones, but it turns out it was only the screen protectors. Employees at the Fix replaced them right away! Very helpful and nice! Will definitely come back here if needed.
