Excellent, professional service, and did a UV disinfection of our device. The dog stepped on our iPad screen and shattered it. After taking it to Jake, it looks and works like new again! Great for repairs, whether or not you have insurance on your device. This is what he does, and he does it well! BBB rated!
I was replacing an iPhone battery but couldn't get the case open. Jake setup and appointment and replaced the battery but then discovered it had a short in the cable. It tested it several times/ways and couldn't get it work continue working after the case was closed. Apparently there was a short in the cable. He had an available new battery and installed it at his standard price. Great service, really nice guy. Thanks, Jake!

Jake was very friendly and the service was FAST. He even called after (since I'm from out of town) to let me know I may need to charge the new battery. It's wonderful having a professional in this field in our rural corner of the state. Will definitely return should the need arise.
