Very unprofessional. We have been trying to get him to come out the past three days and each time he has given us a time that he will come out and when we call after the time, he says he will come the next day. Don’t even bother. If you can’t come out until a certain date at a certain time, then say that, don’t leave your customers waiting for an hour and ignore their phone calls. My husband was originally talking with him, but decided to try and contact him on my phone. When I called him from my telephone number he actually answered, and after we got off, the phone instantly called my husband.

Gary was so nice and professional. My damper was rusting and hard to open. Found out after 30 years they left out the storm collar when house was built and that caused leaks in ceiling which was stopped several years ago but now the rain going down into damper and rusting it. Very reasonable price to repair and will call him for maintenance in future.

Gary was professional, knowledgeable, and got it done pretty quick.
