I used to take my boots here for a military polish every weekend 2 years ago, with a return time of a day later if I brought it in early enough the day before. They were pristine. I loved this place. On top of that I only paid 25 due to first responder discount.
Recently I took my boots in to get polished expecting the same persistent results as before. I took them in first thing in the morning hoping to get them the next day, per usual. They told me it would take a week but I could pay 45 to get them expedited and pick them up the next day. I was fine with it because their work was pristine. I also didn’t bother to ask for first responder/military discount as I didn’t care much for it anyways. I picked them up the next day, and the quality dramatically decreased. It used to be a complete shine and now it’s just a toe shine. I’m not sure what happened but I was really disappointed. Especially when I know the quality they can produce. It’s sad for me to know that I don’t have a shoe repair shop that’s reliable anymore.

I dropped off my husband's shoes to replace/repair worn-out heels. When I came to pick it up, I was simply in shock. The eagle shoe repair owner decided to update/change the color of the shoes by caking on a nasty brown color to the entire surface of the shoes. I was speechless and requested to take the nasty color off. Two weeks later, it was finally ready to be picked up. When I got there and saw the end result, I was in tears. A $500 pair of shoes was stripped, leather ruined, and literally made them unwearable. The owner said "there was nothing wrong with the shoes". I will never go back and will make sure all my friends and family know...I dropped off my husband's shoes to replace/repair worn-out heels. When I came to pick it up, I was simply in shock. I've attached three pictures of what it was to what it ended up after they destroyed it.

I collect vintage skate shoes and uave been let down by x3 shoe repair places so far in las vegas. A fellow collector reccommended me to eagle shoe repair.
To talk to his friend Isreal, who did an amzing job on my first of many more to bring in. I realize fixing 20 year old collector skateshoes (sneakers) is a different ballgame than fixing dress shoes and leather goods. And had almost givenup hope at finding a spot too handle what iwas looking for.
Basically i have tried x3 other shopsin vegas and Eagle shoe repair far surpassed them all. The work i got done here was nothing less than fine art,. Wich other places do not have the capabilitie...I collect vintage skate shoes and uave been let down by x3 shoe repair places so far in las vegas.
